TRAVEL
As an influencer and content creator, I've had the privilege of curating a platform that blends fashion, beauty, travel and wellness.
(where to stay, eat, drink, shop + a 3-night itinerary)
Las Vegas can go one of two ways…chaotic, overwhelming, and a little too much… or effortlessly chic, elevated, and actually one of the most fun trips you’ll take!
This is my version of Vegas.
Think chic, cool girl energy, vibey dinners, pool days that turn into parties, outfit changes, and just enough structure to make everything feel seamless… without overplanning it.
If you follow this guide, you’ll hit all the right places and skip everything that doesn’t matter.

This is my top choice for where to stay in Vegas if you want an elevated experience and don’t want to move around too much. I absolutely love it here! Every corner of the hotel is gorgeous and it is my favorite place to spend time on the strip.
Wynn and Encore are polished, feminine, and elevated in a way that makes the entire trip feel better. You’ll naturally spend most of your time here anyway, so it just makes everything easier. If you don’t want to leave the hotel, you don’t have to.
If you can, book Encore or Wynn Tower Suites, it’s worth it!
Another great hotel that has everything you need on property. This is a newer hotel that feels very open and not too crowded. It is a great option if you want something that feels a little more modern and younger. Great restaurants, beautiful rooms and where LIV and LIV beach are located. I have stayed here a few times and the customer service and hospitality has always been great.
Romantic, classic, and a little more traditional. Great photos inside and outside the hotel.
Fun, social, and always a scene. Centrally located on the strip.
No casino, no nightlife… just calm, understated luxury.

Location: Wynn
SW is one of those classic Vegas dinners that is always a good idea. It sits right on the Lake of Dreams (so try and get a table outside), which makes the whole experience feel a little more fun and memorable. I believe the show is every 15-30 minutes starting at dusk. The energy is polished, the setting is beautiful, and it’s very Wynn-coded in the best way.
Location: Encore
Sartiano’s feels cool, stylish, and very current. It has that upscale New York energy that works so well in Vegas and makes the entire night feel a little more fashion-forward. It’s the kind of place where the room is just as good as the food.
Location: Wynn
If you’re doing one big dinner in Vegas, make it Delilah. It has that old-Hollywood, supper club feel with live music, dim lighting, and a full atmosphere that builds as the night goes on. It’s not just dinner… it’s the entire experience. Make sure to book in advance and know they most likely will require a minimum spend for a dinner reservation. *No photos allowed inside the restaurant.
Location: Aria
Carbone is always a vibe. Expect a vibey room, classic Italian dishes, and a scene that always feels fun. A must order is the spicy rigatoni and the caesar salad.
Location: Bellagio
Carbone Riviera is the newer of the two locations located right on the Bellagio fountains. It feels like a lighter, more coastal version of the original. It still has that signature Carbone energy, but with a slightly fresher and more relaxed feel. Request a table outside to have one of the most unique dining experiences on the strip… literally right next to the fountains! So romantic for date night or a fun night out with the girls.
Location: Fontainbleau
Komodo is fun, moody, and a little more scene-y. It’s a great option if you want dinner to feel social and lead into drinks or going out. The energy is a little darker and more playful.
Location: Fontainbleau
Mother Wolf is beautiful, buzzy, and effortlessly cool. It’s giving Italian summer which you know I love! The space is absolutely gorgeous and the food is amazing. It’s one of those dinners that just feels pretty from start to finish.
Location: Wynn
Mizumi is one of the prettiest dining settings in Vegas. It’s serene, romantic, and feels a little more intimate compared to the typical high-energy restaurants. Perfect for a slower, more refined dinner.
Location: Wynn Plaza Shops
Cipriani feels classic, effortless, and always polished. It’s one of those places that never feels like too much but still delivers every time. Perfect for lunch or a more low-key dinner that still feels chic. They are also very fast with their service so if you have limited time this is a great option.
Location: Wynn
Pisces is located on the Lake of Dreams at Wynn (opposite to SW). It has a great outdoor patio which I recommend sitting so you can see the show. It’s stylish, current, and has a great mediterranean inspired menu. Get the lemon olive oil cake for dessert! You won’t regret it!
Location: Aria
Gymkhana is one of the newer restaurants on the strip. Highly regarded for its upscale, Michelin-starred London-inspired Indian cuisine, featuring bold, spicy flavors and a luxurious atmosphere. It brings something completely different into the mix, which I love for Vegas. Definitely one of those dinners that stands out. Book in advance.
Location: The Shops at Crystals
Toca Madera is high-energy from the start. The bar is such a vibe so arrive early to have a drink there first. It is a Mexican inspired steakhouse featuring bold flavors and high quality, sustainable, and organic ingredients. It’s lively and perfect for a girls night when you want dinner to feel like part of the party. Expect music, a fun crowd, and a full scene.

Location: Wynn
A Vegas classic that still feels worth it. Sitting on the patio with a view of the Strip (and the Bellagio fountains) is always a moment. It’s simple, but in the best way.
Location: Fontainbleau
La Fontaine is chic, polished, and very aesthetic. It has a slightly European feel that makes brunch feel a little more dressed up. Perfect if you want to lean into a pretty, put-together moment.
Location: Wynn
Tableau is one of the best places to reset after a night out. It’s light, calm, and sits right by the pool, which makes it feel relaxed but still elevated. The whole experience feels effortless and very Wynn-coded.
Location: Paris Hotel
CHÉRI is very aesthetic and very fun. Between the florals and rooftop setting, it’s the kind of place that feels made for a girls brunch. Slightly dressier, slightly more of a moment.
Location: Paris Hotel
A Vegas classic that still feels worth it. Sitting on the patio with a view of the Strip (and the Bellagio fountains) is always a moment. It’s simple, but in the best way.
Location: Palazzo
LAVO brunch is more of a party than a meal. It’s loud, fun, and full of champagne! After you finish eating the restaurant turns into a full club and everyone dances on the tables! It’s perfect if you want your day to feel like an extension of the night before. *open seasonally Fall/Winter
I used to work here so I might be a little biased but I truly belive this is the best day party in Vegas. It’s high-energy, beautiful, and always has top-tier DJs. If you’re doing one dayclub, make it this. It’s the full experience… cabanas, champagne, and a crowd that actually feels fun.
Located at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, LIV Beach feels new, elevated, and very scene-y. The crowd is a little more polished, but it still has that full party energy. Perfect if you want something trendy and current.
Palm Tree Beach Club is a little more playful and relaxed. It’s still a party, but slightly easier and less intense — a good option if you want something fun without going all the way in.
Very influencer-heavy and always a vibe. TAO Beach is high-energy, very social, and one of the most photographed dayclubs in Vegas.
A classic. It’s lively, a little chaotic, and perfect if you want a fun, easy day party that doesn’t feel overly curated.
Opening May 15, 2026.
My favorite nightclub in Las Vegas. If you only go out one night in Vegas, this is where I would tell you to go. No question. Located inside the Wynn, everything feels elegant and over the top in a classy way. It’s indoor-outdoor, wraps around a pool, everything is gold and glowy. You can actually step outside, get fresh air, stand by the water, and not feel like you’re suffocating in a dark room…which, trust me, matters more than you think. Make sure to take a photo in the bathroom (the best lighting!)
LIV is the new girl and she knows it. It’s inside Fontainebleau, so everything feels super modern, very Miami-coded, very “we just opened and everything is pristine.” The lighting, the layout, the sound system…it’s all done really well. It definitely has that high-energy, see-and-be-seen vibe.
Omnia is iconic in a very Vegas way. The main room is massive, and the famous chandelier moves with the music, which is actually really cool the first time you see it. It feels like a full production…lights, energy, everything turned up. But I’m going to be honest with you… it can get packed. Like, shoulder-to-shoulder packed. If you’re not at a table, it’s not always the easiest place to just casually dance and enjoy yourself.

1. One night out > three chaotic ones
You don’t need to “do Vegas” every night. Pick one perfect night (preferably at XS Nightclub) and make it count.
2. Always build in a reset
Spa, room time, afternoon nap, something. Even just an hour back at your room changes your entire energy.
3. Book your dinners in advance
Vegas is not the place to “figure it out.” You want a table at Carbone or Delilah waiting for you.
4. Dayclubs are a daytime event, not a full-day commitment
Go to Encore Beach Club, have your moment, and leave before it turns messy.
5. Hydration is not optional
Order water like it’s part of your personality. Electrolytes, iced coffee, green juice…whatever keeps you functioning.
6. Outfit plan ahead or regret it instantly
Vegas is not forgiving when you “wing it.” Know your looks for dinners, dayclub, and night out. One wildcard outfit max.
7. Stay somewhere that matches your vibe
If you want elevated, calm, and beautiful, book Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas. Your hotel sets the tone. Try and stay somewhere that has the restaurants and nightlife that you like so you don’t have to run around town all night long.
8. Don’t chase the night. Leave while it’s still fun
The second it starts feeling chaotic, crowded, or off… go. Ending on a high note is the whole point.
9. Prioritize vibe over volume
One amazing dinner, one great club, one perfect brunch is better than cramming in everything.
10. Romanticize the little moments
Room service breakfast, getting ready with music on, golden hour walking through Wynn Plaza Shops…this is what makes the trip feel like you.
This is my Ideal Vegas Itinerary if I was coming with friends, my husband, or a small group. This is a somewhat mellow itinerary that includes one nightclub, two day clubs, shopping, spa and great restaurants and bars. Chic, cool and you hit all the spots without overdoing it. If you are coming for more of a party vibe (bachelorette/birthday) I would just add on one more nightclub and maybe an IV service 😉
Ease into the trip, but still feel like you’re in Vegas.
This is your big day out.
Balanced, productive, still fun.
Leave feeling relaxed, not rushed.

xx Madeline
