TRAVEL

St. Barths is BY FAR my favorite island in the Caribbean and one of my favorite tropical destinations I have ever visited! The beaches, the food (omg, the food), the parties, the shopping, the people, the energy… I could go on and on. It is just fabulous.
If you follow me on social you know I got very sick in St. Barths which is so frustrating because I was so excited about this trip! I was okay the first three days so luckily I got to enjoy the beginning of the vacation. I also went for my babymoon last December so between both trips I definitely saw a lot of the island, went to so many restaurants and beach clubs and hit all of the shops. Here is a breakdown of how to get there, what we did, the places you can’t miss if you’re heading to St. Barths and what I wore.
HOW TO GET THERE

Tradewind Aviation Flights from San Juan to St. Barths:
For our babymoon we flew Delta to St. Martin and stayed two nights at the Belmond La Samanna which we loved! It was such a pretty property and we had time to relax before taking another small flight. We flew a small plate to St. Barths from St. Martin. On the way home we flew Tradewind to San Juan then to ATL then LAS. For this past trip we were invited to fly with our friends down on their plane (so incredible!) We flew straight to St. Martin, had dinner at Rainbow Cafe which was a fun vibe with good food then took a private boat to St. Barths which took about an hour since it was late and dark out. Low key wish we went in daylight because it was kind of scary at night but we made it!
WHERE TO STAY:
There are so many gorgeous hotels on the island. During busy season be sure to book in advance to avoid crazy rates. I have stayed at Eden Roc and Le Barthelemy and loved them both!
Eden Rock – Amazing high end hotel, perfect for honeymoon/couples trip or with a family. Great beach with crystal clear water. Over the top amenities.
Le Barthelemy– Beautiful property! We stayed here for our babymoon and loved it. Great beach, fantastic breakfast, beautiful spa.
Le Sereno– Secluded and relaxing hotel with a gorgeous aesthetic.
Rosewood– Beautiful high end property great for couples and families.
Hotel Christopher– Beautiful, modern hotel with a large pool next to the sea. Gorgeous views!
Cheval Blanc– Gorgeous luxury hotel with an incredible beach, stunning rooms and great spa. Perfect for couples.
If you’re seeking privacy and flexibility, renting a villa is the ultimate way to experience St. Barths. Choose from a wide selection of luxurious villas scattered across the island, offering stunning ocean views, infinity pools, and personalized concierge services. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, a villa provides the perfect home base for your island adventures. Roman and I stayed in a villa during half of our babymoon and it was so nice to have a place all to ourselves, swim in our private pool and enjoy the view. We also stayed in a villa rental this past trip that was absolutely INSANE! It was a 9 bedroom villa and part of the Eden Rock villa rentals. The service was impeccable – perfect for a big group.
Villa Arawak – Where we stayed for our babymoon
Villa Ohana– Where we stayed this past trip

WHAT I WORE
When you’re packing for St. Barths it is good to have an idea of what you will be doing on the island so you can pack accordingly. I knew we would be visiting beach clubs/ lunch spots on the beach almost everyday so I packed a lot of cute cover-ups & bikinis. At night people definitely dress up for dinners, especially if you’re heading to a party spot. It gets pretty hot and humid so I stuck to a couple short linen dresses and lighter materials. I didn’t have a chance to wear everything I packed but here are some of the outfits I wore…
